Rose Meadows Elder Care provides assisted living and senior housing in San Jose, California.
Each of our senior living houses is staffed with three live-in caregivers that care and support your loved ones.
We provide three nutritious, home-cooked meals a day plus three snacks, assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), personal hygiene and grooming, assistance with medications and free transportation to medical appointments as needed.
We also provide daily activities, monthly entertainment, and four family events per year where you can always find lots of love and laughs. We also provide daily monitoring of our resident's health, weekly vital signs, and weight monitoring.
